There was an extremely nice woman at checkin and checkout that was kind and courteous. Room had several non-working lights and plugs which made it very dark at nighttime. Also, the pillows were very thin and small and we requested extra pillows but they did not have extras due to their hotel being almost "fully booked".

Trash was left in the kitchen trash can, and when the door was opened you were hit with the stench. Also, I am not sure how often the bathroom floor was washed, because when I went to wipe up a spill, and the tissue was black. Finally, the air conditioner could not change to the set temperature.

stuff in room did not work, lots of repairs needed done, cracks and small holes in bathtub, tv had one channel. They only put one pillow on your bed. no ice, no little cups. No information pamphlets in room. This place needs some serious work done.

I stayed one night and it's was amazing!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and what I wanted!! Thank you guys for making my stay feel like home. I will be back to stay again!!!

The pull-out bed had used sheets, the floors and cabinets were filthy, smelled like urine.
Literally did not shower b/c of how dirty the place was and b/c 1 towel was provided (for 5 people).
One of the worst hotels I've ever been in.

Bathtub was horrible! Not sure if it’s been cleaned in a long time.
Smell of hotel and room was of dirty feet.
Sheets in bed were paper thin.
Heat unit rattled all night long.
Floor was sticky.

Hotel located in close to retail, restaurants and grocery stores.
Though the area was conducive to shops and restaurants, for another $20.00, you could have stayed at a Hilton which I would assume would be spectacularly better!
We were not supposed to be booked into a room woth no TV but attended still did... No manager has called us back though I stopped in twice.
Really, a super icky place to stay.

The property location is great. It is surrounded by many stores and shopping. However, the property itself is just ok in comparison to others in the area. The room had a smell of cooking spices. Bring some Frebreeze.

Staff very nice. Hair in tub. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Cigarette butts around entrance. Smell of smoke in room and marijuana in front. Room cold. Difficult to get temperature regulated

Staff refused to honor quiet hours and would not address customers slamming doors and playing loud music in the middle of the night. kitchen cabinets had no knobs on them to open them. Door to outside was broken and anyone could get in without a key. Patrons were smoking weed in the rooms and it smelled awful staff would not address these issues even tho they were non smoking rooms.

Hotel is very noisy. I travel a lot and this is the noisest stay I've haf in a long time. Once I did it was early am and housekeeping barged in without knocking or any announcement. Water was cold always in tub/shower. Price was right but not a convenient or a comfortable place to stay.

The room had a very dirty feel and smell. The tub drain had a huge hairball and Q tip in it. No soap no extra blanks loud fridge. Bad seal to outer hallway making hallway noise loud. I do not Isidro reviews, but this was pretty bad including the stains on ceiling in bathroom and rusty hinges.

Just needed a place to sleep and shower. Don't know if towels where Stained or dirty, asked for new ones and had to go down to the desk and ask again. Also found someone dirty sock under the edge of the bed.
