"The staff at this hotel is what made it stand out amongst the competition. They were beyond welcoming and friendly and communicative. There is a fair amount of road noise with a street facing room but that is not a reflection on the hotel or staff but more just a fact of the downtown location. I will be staying here for each of my visits while visiting my student over the next 4 years!"

"The front desk staff was lovely as well as the staff in the lodge room. We needed to borrow a blanket and pillow for orientation and that was provided without as issue. The location is great - walkable to everything on campus and Five Points. We will be back in August and in the future."

"Overall hotel was nice our room didn’t look like it had been throughly cleaned more so looked as if someone just straightened up the bedding was very wrinkly as if someone had been laying on it, there was so many balls of hair on floor the toilet was not clean at all, and also maybe give options on shower pressure because having just that one setting for the shower sucks because it’s such a strong pressure doesn’t make showering enjoyable other than that great staff beautiful property!"
