"A lot of drug deals going down and being exchanged couldn’t get any sleep due to the cars coming in and out extremely rude people. I did report to the staff, but no one did anything about it. I stayed here 10 years ago and it was really nice. It’s horrible now I will never stay here again. It’s so sad."

"The breakfast was the worst I have ever been to as far as hotel breakfast and facilities are concerned. Yuck! The cabinetry was old and battered. Waffle maker was not functional with batter cups strewn and abandoned on the counter when guests realized the maker didn’t work. "

"Air conditioning did not work for entire property. No discount given even when inquired about. Window in room did not lock. Bathroom was disgusting, floor was literally falling apart. No shampoo or conditioner, only bar soap. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever had in any hotel. Pool was not open but listed as available when booking."

"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

"The hotel itself seems a little outdated; for example, half of our outlets didn't work, and the bedspreads looked like something you'd find in an older style. But overall, the staff was amazing. You can tell everyone is working to make the place better, especially since the last few years of going here. Although beware, there are signs stating that the inventory of all towels, washcloths, etc., is checked daily. If you're missing one, you get charged, and let's say one was a cloth, which I think was 20.00 or 25.00 each. Everything has a different price; if it doesn't, it's your room at check-out!"
