What an amazing experience at Glen Eyrie!! The accommodations were top notch...rooms and grounds were immaculate. The daily breakfast alone made the stay worth it, but they offer so much more! Eagles live on property near castle, so you'll likely spot them. Almost 800 acres to hike on the property, which borders Garden of the Gods; so you'll have essentially your own private views! There is also a coffee shop/gift shop/deli on the grounds. If you're planning a trip to COS, do yourself a favor and stay here!! Note: no TVs in rooms but there is Wi-Fi. Also, no alcohol permitted

It feels like the hotel is situated in a forest park. Very quiet and beautiful! The staff members are super nice! Close to the Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. Breakfast is good! It's the best lodging experience I have had.

Although we were disappointed as we thought we were staying in a castle but that quickly turned around when we saw how outrageously beautiful this place is. It doesn’t even feel like you’re in Colorado Springs. Wild animals everywhere, heaven like scenery, tons to do, delicious coffee shop, outstanding breakfast, kind staff and the castle tour was lovely! I would recommend this place to everyone. The room was simple, no tvs (this was a good thing as we connected with ourselves and God), and very comfortable beds. It’s SO quiet, the entire place. Felt like we were there alone. We will be back over and over again. 5 stars all around! No resort or parking fees either! Bravo.

The scenery here is magnificent! No place like it with beautiful red rocks, hiking, a castle and it’s all in Colorado! Excellent buffet breakfast and nice rooms with spectacular views. Loved it!

The property was clean and the staff were super helpful and kind! The only drawback is the lack of a TV, we knew ahead of time that rooms don’t have one but still missed it in the evenings, and the size of the bathroom in our lodge, it was REALLY small. Otherwise this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our stay was great. We had a room for three adults at the Big Horn Lodge. It’s updated, clean and very comfortable beds. It’s not luxurious,but has everything you need. We were very impressed with the friendliness of their staff. I would recommend the lodge for families and the castle rooms for couples. I would definitely go back. Keep in mind there is no alcohol, pool or TVs.
