"Loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool areas lovely and beach across the road was super easy to get too. I worked one day and the wifi was strong enough to have video calls without hassle. Breakfast was very good, the range of options excellent. Gym was small but functional and had more than enough for a holiday workout session"

"Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean rooms, very helpful and friendly reception staff as are all staff in this hotel tried the restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and really enjoyed the food. Although someway outside of Palma there is an express bus service stop by the hotel, taxi cost us between 25 to 30 Euros."

"Albert & Mar provided A1 service, 10s across the board! The hotel itself is SUPER clean! I often saw workers cleaning in between the crevices of the banister on the staircase. Room was cleaned everyday, I stayed 4 days & 3 nights! It’s super close to the beach literally right across the street, less than a 1min walk. They give you a free complimentary welcome drink. I highly recommend the all inclusive option, the food was really good & fresh puddings, even alcohol were included too. I also visited the spa 10/10. No complaints, if I come back this will be my go-to spot yo stay. The front desk was also super helpful in securing rides throughout the city & translating when needed. "The room was clean and confortable, but we didn't sleep before 4:30 in the morning !! Customers drinking, shouting, knoking at the doors, music loud,.... Not recommanded ! No parking."
