"Cuando hice el check-in, todo parecía excelente al principio. Sin embargo, las cosas empeoraron rápidamente cuando fui a la piscina. La piscina estaba fuera de servicio, lo cual entendí. Regresé al día siguiente, pero la experiencia fue aún peor. La persona que trabajaba en el área del bar nos ignoró completamente, incluso después de que nos acercamos y le pedimos amablemente ayuda. Después de esperar aproximadamente una hora, finalmente se acercó y me preguntó qué quería. Le dije que no sabía porque ni siquiera nos había dado un menú. Dijo que regresaría, pero nunca volvió. Al final, tuve que ir a buscar mi propia comida y bebidas en otro lugar. Su nombre es Dairon. Durante el check-out, me dijeron que tenía que esperar mientras revisaban la habitación. Aunque es entendible, no es algo a lo que esté acostumbrada. Mi taxi estuvo esperando afuera casi 15 minutos, lo que me hizo pagar extra. Además, después de pagar el desayuno, dijeron que no lo habíamos pagado y tuvimos que mostrar nuestra transacción bancaria como prueba. En general, fue una experiencia terrible y definitivamente no volveré. La única parte positiva de mi estadía fue el servicio de Max y Carlos, ellos realmente merecen reconocimiento. Lamentablemente, el resto del personal carece de educación básica y hospitalidad."

The room was paid for from the 7th tonthe 8th she arrived on the 8th. "Great hotel, with great staff. Centrally located near commercial area. Breakfast is great (your choice of eggs with toast, fruit, coffee. Pool is clean and cold."

"I paid for this reservation via Expedia. The hotel was closed and not open. I did not receive any response to my messages and they took my money without me actually staying there. Expedia have not refunded me despite me explaining the issue to them."
