We loved our time at this property and would definitely recommend others to visit during their time in Panama. Sure, the lodges are a little rustic in places but they are perfectly comfortable. The setting in the lake is beautiful, with a great pool, free kayaking facilities and places to completely switch off. I loved how calm and relaxing the place was. Most importantly, the staff are superb. Friendly, attentive and fantastic hosts. We felt well looked after here. The food on offer was...

Great apartment and location, very clean and very comfortable beds. What stands out was the fantastic customer service from the reception team they really couldn't do enough and were incredibly helpful. Big thank you!

This hotel makes the most of its position with panoramic views over Chagres River/lake. Friendly staff and Nadili on reception desk outstanding. Food good with choice of buffet meals or a la carte. Great views from the airy bar but service can sometimes be slow. Some rainforest walks included at no extra charge. Good clean pool. This hotel would benefit from some improved maintenance here and there but overall it delivers.

Excellent all round. Lovely hotel, location, staff and their helpfulness. I got an upgrade also which was a bonus

Quirky, although quite a few room we never saw another guest, great cafes within 200 yards of hotel and close to all your pick ups

I got upgraded to a gorgeous view suite thatvwas amazing. Great bed lovely facilities. Some small details can be better like some stains on couches etc. Bit old ironing board but it's minor. Bteakfast was a bit disappointing as manybsalty choices but no pastries at all. However the onelette was great and Steven was super nice and attentive.

A good quality modern and well appointed hotel close to local restaurants and bars. Nice roof top bar with small but fun pool.

Fantastic hotel situated in the National park with wildlife in abundance. Lovely golf course. Excellent restaurant and food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and with lovely views. Fridge in room was very nice to keep drinks cold. Overall this was a very customer oriented hotel

Clean room. Very friendly staff.

All was good, the room was a bit old but it's normal it's a old hotel. The staff was perfect for everything (cleaning, breakfast, front desk)

As others have said, the air conditioning was quite noisy and I found the room I was in (Torres 2) was probably due a re-furb. BUT, for the price paid, the hotel is very good value. All staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The hotel is very well situated in the city too.

This is a good hotel in a nice location, convenient for lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood of El Cangrejo. Most other locations in the city, such as Casco Viejo can be reached by taxi for under $5. A bonus for us is the rooftop whirlpool - although very small, it was never busy and great to relax in after a long day and look over the city skyline. Only problem with the hotel was the very small dining area - not really large enough for the size of the hotel, meaning that breakfast...

The room was perfect for what I needed. Excellent location for exploring

Perfect place ideally located in a central and safe part of Panama City. Rooms are comfortable with AC. Great WiFi connection and yummy breakfast. Best part is the people who work there - super helpful and kind!

Muy bueno
