"Easy to get to from Düsseldorf HBF takes five minutes if using the U75 or U77 underground train. Check-in was now self check-in rather than a person behind the desk, it was straight forward but time consuming. Our room (621) was fine, a couple of minor issues but maintenance fixed straight away. ..."

"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful.
