Prima hotel, goede bediening

Hoewel we voor 4 personen een kamer hadden geboekt via Expedia bleek er een double room te zijn gereserveerd. De hoteleigenaar bood on de familiekamer aan voor dezelfde prijs! Top! De kamer was erg ruim en schoon bovendien. Goede faciliteiten en een warme sfeer. Nadeeltje is de herrie van het verkeer aan de straatkant. Zeker op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond is het dan erg rumoerig. Parkeren kan in de garage aan de overkant; dit kost max. 17 euro/dag. Prima uitvalsbasis voor stadsbezichtiging en winkelcentrum. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd: volop keuze in brood en beleg, fruit en zuivel. De koffie was een beetje slap maar wordt in kleine kannetjes geserveerd.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima.

Wij hebben 1 nacht geslapen in dit hotel, ( 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen). Ons kamer was ruim en boven verwachting. 2 aparte ruimtes. Sanitaire voorzieningen waren ook goed. Enige minpunt was de warmte in de kamer. Ondanks de aanwezige airco was het verschrikkelijk warm in ons kamer.

Friendly hotel

Great base for stopover in Cologne. Parking nearby and short walk to the centre. Plenty of bars and shops in the neighbourhood.

Well worTh the money

Although the room itself was a little on the small side it was comfortable and easily acomodated the two of us. The staf were extremely friendly and helpful and all of them attempted to speak english. The breakfsts were excellent pleny of variety and lovelly surroundings. In easy walking distance from the main shopping area of Ne market and a20/25 min walk from the river. We had a super tme and would have no qualms in staying at the Esplanade again.
