"We stayed in the Dom Suite- my 6yo, spouse and I. Very clean, very good shower, good air conditioning for 70-80F weather. Opened windows at night to cool down. Spectacular view of the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of cold/hot options. Staff let us store luggage for free. Checked out at 11am. Can walk to Rhein Seilbahn, Rheinpark, Ferris wheel and Chocolate museum. Toy stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. 10/15min walk from Train station. Love the hotel. Great value for the money. $250/night."

"Absolutely fantastic front desk staff—helpful with transportation information, local needs, and more. The rooms were large and comfortable, and everything was spotless and clean. Super comfortable beds and linens and really great AC! The location is fantastic, but pack ear plugs for early morning trash collection and Dom bells. Really great quality stay at an affordable price."

"Hotel is in a great location - just off the beaten track but close to everything one needs. Close to shops, restaurants and transport links (there's an underground entrance hidden near by). The room (2nd floor) was good; clean, large, AC, etc - only problem was flooding by shower. Breakfast is very good - wide choice. Didn't use Spa. Would stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean, staff helpful. There is parking, but I didn’t need it as there is a tram link into the city & uber also comes to the hotel. If you need your room cleaned during your stay you do have to ask for this."
