"Located in a safe and quiet area of Hartford and the staff was very friendly and professional so my only complaint was the carpet and sofa bed were a little outdated but overall I would definitely come back here. Keep up the great work "

"I did not eat breakfast, nor have coffee. Needed to resume my trip with an early start. I do think there was a bit of road noise, even on the 9th floor. Bed, pillow was comfy, and the temperature was easily controllable and good...helped for sleeping. Nice design (including cabinetry that housed the refrigerator, etc. concealed inside) of the accommodations. Very cool vanity in the bathroom. Shower-only in the bathroom with a sliding glass door. "

"my boyfriend and i stayed here, the rooms were clean and nice. the phone to the front desk didn’t work but we just went downstairs to get what we needed, and it was no issue for us! quiet and peaceful, definitely will stay again"
