"I stayed at this property on May 28 through May 31 I can say I have stayed at better hotels. I definitely was not impressed with this one the room was worn down, not updated not only did, I have problems with my room key getting in my room twice, card had to be re run in there computer but the maid never returned back to our room to give us fresh towels. after we told the guy at the front desk that we were leaving for the day and the maid could come back to clean our room and give us fresh towels, but no, we had to actually ask for them. That’s a disappointment to me and not very good customer service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel. Thank you"

"The exterior and grounds of the building were nice and I was impressed when we drove up to the hotel. Once inside there was a mop bucket and mop I stored in the lobby. The desk clerk was outside when we arrived and had to run in to greet us. We took the elevator up to our room on the third floor. We could smell an unpleasant odor going to our room. We left our belonging and took the stairs down to go eat. The stairs were covered in carpet and were filthy nasty. Handrails were dirty. The trashcan by the third floor was filthy and smelled awful. The ice machine was not usable at all. The actual room was clean and beds comfortable but the only outlets that worked was by the sink. Breakfast was okay but knowing how nasty some other parts of the build were I couldn’t eat there. I definitely would not recommend or stay here again. Wyndham hotels seem to be less than desirable anymore."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. I had trouble at check in because their card reader was denying my card so my daughter had to use hers, it took 20 minutes to get checked in. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t clean it had straw and hair in it. The bathroom had Ants crawling around and the floors looked like they were mopped with dirty water. The people in the room above us were very noisy and I couldn’t sleep the first night. I complained about it but nothing was done so the noise continued throughout my stay."

"The worst staff experience EVER. Booked room online through hotels.com at 11pm. Arrived at 1130pm front door locked No one manning the desk. Sign posted stating clerk on duty 24 hours. Called a number that was posted I let the number ring for 40 minutes while also ringing the doorbell (40minutes)I had my 9lb chihuahua with me(when booking I made sure the hotel was pet friendly) an hour later a male finally answered the phone. I stated I’m trying to check in. The voice mumbled something then Stated ok and hung up. I assumed they were on the property (not so). After 15 minutes I called again stating I’m trying to check in. The male voice replied I’m coming I promise you and mumbled something else (I tried to cancel during the long wait before the first phone call was answered it was unable to because it was after 12 midnight therefore considered after the check in date) so Ivy paid and I’m stuck waiting. A vehicle drove up and 15 minutes later a tall white male with horrendous body cracked the door opened and asked may I help you. Okay. I replied I’m trying to check in. He says we do not take pets. On my freaking Jesus. Yeah okay I specifically filtered hotels that are pet friendly. He says new owners they’ve renovated and it’s on our website. When I repeated and showed him where it said pets okay he responded that’s third party. Give me my refund. At least i think I’m receiving a refund. I wouldn’t be as upset if it wasn’t for the fact that I wasted 2hrs waiting"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot with the foods I enjoy. Breakfast area was a little small with so many guests, but not really a problem as guests left when others arrived and needed a seat."
