"This property is run down and not well maintained, the air conditioner barely worked. The pool was empty with no sign of it ever being filled so just an eyesore. There was no food service at all though the booking site indicated room service was available. There was a dining area but not functional. All in all a terrible experience. Sorry we stay there never will again."

"After a disappointing experience at another property on PEI, we rebooked at Wyndham Suites and couldn’t be happier. From the moment we arrived, Paula at the front desk made us feel like old friends. She was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our room is comfortable, and we immediately felt relaxed and at home. There was coffee and tea available anytime. Nice breakfast every morning. We are very grateful for the kindness we received and are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay on beautiful Prince Edward Island. Thank you, Paula, for turning our day around and making us feel so welcome!"
