Good location for exploring the area and access to the rail link to Leon. Facilities are those appropriate to its star rating. My stay was on a Monday, the hotel rest day - check-in staff very helpful, but thereafter you are on your own. In contrast for normal full service days there is a welcoming bar/cafeteria and restaurant facilities.

What a wonderful place to stay, whether en-route as we were or investigating the area. Stunning location in a tiny village, in renovation houses to a very high standard. Breakfast & dinner were also very good

This is a charming little hotel ... it is simple and functional ... it doesnt pretend to be anything that it is not ... but it's secret is in having a friendly and welcoming owner and friendly and attentive staff ... Boca de Huergano is not the centre of the universe, but I get the impression that this hotel is popular, loved and used by the locals in the area which gives it a very nice atmosphere and tourists are made to feel very welcome ... the food is good home cooked simple fayre made with...
