There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"

I cannot tell you the horror i felt when i learned of this mistake. Even when I talked to them they were very understanding.
