What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. Staff was nice. Location is awesome. But the bedroom was not clean and the bathroom was dirty. Bed linen was clean and fresh but the floor was dirty and the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Very noisy neighborhood at late hours.
