"Needs a little updating in the room showers and upgrades to the access to the beach stairs the railings was very wobbly. Also huge negative no restroom in the pool area. Had to walk in freezing to the hotel lobby to use the bathroom. Overall give it a 7 out of 10."

"The front desk gentle was very nice and accommodating us very quickly bedrooms are nice and hotel room was very nice as well, overall we had a great experience except there dryers don’t work which there is a laundry mat across the street ocean access was a plus as well, when we revisit we will be coming back here to stay."

"Michelle was amazing, she was able to check us in early which was great after traveling all morning with a toddler. She gave us a recommendation for food that delivered to the room. The pool was heated and good size which was nice. The beds where comfy the room had a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. We will definitely be back!"

"Pretty nice beachfront room, with unobstructed views to the ocean. Pool area was well kept, and access to common spaces was good. One of 3 elevators was out of service. Updating of rooms on floors 2-4 is ongoing. I’d stay here again. "

"The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not. It was also not clean. It is an older hotel or so it looked like it. The continental breakfast was minimal. The lobby looked liked a grandmother house. Very dated. No do not disturb tags for door. Don't go during bike week. Tiki bar not open. Beds not comfortable. Sheets had stains on them. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. No extra bedding in the room for fold out couch. Pictures were deceiving on the web. Vending machine for drinks not working. There were other things but too many to list.This place needs updating and TLC. I've stayed in worse and in better places. Not on my list to return to. Find another place."
