"We stayed one night to break up a long journey with young children. We arrived late and left relatively early.
The price was very good value so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and even had air con which during the heat wave was wonderful! My husband remarked on how comfy the mattress was! The shower was powerful, breakfast was tasty and plentiful and we could not fault our stay at all. Thank you for a great stay!"
"The room and the hotel were clean enough. They can do some deep cleaning every month though like the sides on the floor. Parking was easy and safe but I wish it was free for the customers. The only problem is I think they should change their curtains in the bathroom as they have brown colours on it. It is the easiest thing to do as I normally put it in the washing machine and clean mine and it’s like brand new."
"Nice hotel though it’s in Gloucester not Cheltenham .. fab Spa facilities one of the best I’ve been to and I’ve been to many .
Lockers a little tricky to lock , kept the staff busy unlocking !
Breakfast was good , we had a drink in the bar late, think they wanted to close from response I got .
Our room was very good but realised when I got home I had booked a bigger family room (3beds) but got a cheaper double room .
I have no hesitation to return just be careful what you book ."
"We had a problem when we arrived as we had booked a Superior King Room with our dog but on arrival told we couldn't have that so downgraded to a lessor room.
But the staff gave us a free drink and free parking and as we had no choice at that stage we had to accept it.
Very annoying as I had called in advance to confirm the booking and that we were bringing a dog etc but thats the problem with corporates"
