Staff was the best! BUT the phone was broken, the tv didn't work properly, bathtub (in a handicap room) was rusty and chipped, walls were thin- noisy kids. Everything was clean, no smells and lots of towels. I just think the place was old and staff was doing the best they could with what they have. Would not stay here again.

Not a bad place to spend the night , nothing fancy but staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard and the pool was too cold for me especially without a hot tub to warm up in.

Took forever to check in, problems with computer. Tv was a nightmare even though we were given different remote control. Water for tea wasn’t hot and coffee pot was empty so has to wait for it to be refilled. Just little things. Staff was pleasant and they did try to help. Not the usual great stay at the Hampton Coldwater.

Not too bad. Little older but I’m ok condition still. Service is good. Front desk agent was good and she was sweet. Always a good start to your stay when the front desk people are welcoming. The building could have been built a little better as I could hear my neighbors, but it is what it is. It was still a good stay.

The bathroom could use a little upgrade or TLC. The one thing we really look at when we are on the road is the bathroom and the bedding/mattress. Those are two things a traveler would consider the most. Otherwise it was excellent!

The room and linens were clean. The bathroom appeared to be recently redone. The carpets were clean, however had a few damaged spots at the entry way.

Very expensive for the room we had. The sofa was broken, dirty and you wouldn’t want to sit on it… Gross!!! The bad linens were cheap and dirty looking. Felt terrible to sleep in. Mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were uncomfortable and cheap. Check in lady was Very Nice and Respectful

Lady at desk very helpful and sweet . Couldn't find my reservation at first , gave conformation code and was able to find it . System said they had no jacuzzi rooms left ( which is what I reserved and PAID for ). While trying to figure out what to do next , System updated and said jacuzzi room was available AND ready . Got to room and it was NOT ready . Towels all over floor bed a disaster . The lady at front desk did her best to fix issue . Room was done a hour after check-in . No management in days from what I've heard while walking around . Did enjoy the room and stay once issues were figured out .

We arrived at 310 pm and was told no rooms were ready yet from the manager. I ask the reason and was told its not ready. She was very rude, We had drove 9 hrs and looking forward to resting and enjoying the whirlpool. Several other guest arrived to find out there rooms were not ready as well. They canaled there rooms. We waited for 1 hour and 23 mins and i had walked down the hall an ask one of the cleaning lady's how much longer and she told us the room have been ready for over a hour that the lady manager at front desk hadn't even cleared the rooms cleaned. She left abuoy 410 pm and this poor young lady caught all the grief over the rooms. The young lady cleared the room and we went to room at 430 pm. to find bed covers we`re just pulled up over the bed and shower had a dirty towel laying in the floor with the door closed. A young lady came down an went over our room and did best she could. so our trip for that night -10 . will never visit there again. We moved to Holiday Inn next door for rest of our stay.. Wasted 200 bucks for a dirty room and rude manager. -10 grade.
