"I had such high hopes for my stay at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, especially given the beautiful location and everything it promises but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to that at all. From the start, things just felt off. Service was inconsistent, and it often felt like basic hospitality details were overlooked. There were multiple moments where I had to follow up or figure things out on my own, which took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. For a place that markets itself as a luxury mountain retreat, I expected a lot more attentiveness and care. The environment itself is undeniably beautiful ,Yosemite is stunning ,but the experience inside the lodge didn’t match that energy. When you’re paying for a certain level of comfort and service, those little things really matter, and unfortunately, they added up. I’m sharing this not to be negative, but to be honest. I really wanted to love this place, and maybe others have had better experiences, but mine just wasn’t it. If you’re planning a trip, just go in with realistic expectations the location is incredible, but the stay itself may not match"

"This is a HIDDEN GEM. The STAFF and the place is AMAZING. Well maintained and the jacuzzi at night such a relaxing experience. And WOW for the breakfast it’s like having a FIVE STAR experience. Special thanks to the AMAZING STAFF SHERILE. Must experience place if you are spending time in Yosemite. "
