"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"We had a lovely stay at Little Paradise, Greyfield Farm Cottages! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and had lots of amenities to make our stay feel just like being at home. We were able to bring our dog due to the cottages being dog friendly which meant our little pup also had a lovely weekend away with us. "Really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The location is excellent giving easy access to Clifton, the city centre, and the harbourside. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and full of character. The staff were also very helpful. We would recommend this hotel. The on-site car parking was also convenient. "

"We stopped over for one night with our two kids and our dog. The staff could not have been more friendly, and they were very helpful in giving us advice about places and events to check out in Bristol. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were glad we had booked one of the rooms with air conditioning as it was a warm night: we had cool air in the bedroom, and thanks to underfloor heating our feet were still nice and warm on the tile floor in the bathroom. We were impressed with how dog friendly the hotel was, with water bowl by the front door and treats on the reception desk. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable time and great value for money. We will be staying again!"

"Wonderful stay. Indigo is an amazing and quirky hotel and centrally located. Staff are very friendly and heloful. Unfortunately our room wasn't serviced after our first night or I would give 5 * for service. We were out from 8 am to 5.45 so there was plenty of opportunity. We asked for fresh towels and tea bags in lieu. I don't blame the hotel, just the person who didn't fulfil their duties. Unexpected. "
