"I was excited to stay at this property, one night over Memorial Day weekend. We were doing a New England Road trip. At over $400, I was surprised by how rude and unhelpful every single front desk attendant was. At check in, there was no greeting and when I asked about parking, I was just told to scan a QR code for parking information. However, the scan registered the car but gave no actual information about where to park or cost of parking. At check out, no greeting or “how was your stay?” Was just asked room #. Each attendant made remarks about using third party apps to reserve the room and it was preferred that I book directly.
I went to the deck area, where the chess board is, the card was swiping green to come back in but the door wouldn’t unlock. I had to call a friend to come let me in. I would chalk this up to user error, but witnessed several people have the same issue when we were getting our morning coffee at the coffee shop.
We ate at the restaurant and visited the bar twice as well as the coffee shop. They were fine and one woman working the bar was incredibly nice, I wish I had her name. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. At this price point there are much better options. Truly a disappointing experience.
On a positive note, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable."
