"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. The 1 bedroom self service apartment was adequate, however 1) it was directly above a bar 2) we wished and asked for a double bed but had singles 3) the outlook was to an inner rectangle but we expected to be able to look out to the slopes - we had booked and paid months in advance!"
