"Hotel was very welcoming, all staff were very attentive, polite and professional. I used the Gym and the pool, both were clean and not busy. Thanks for a great stay, will be visiting again in a few months."

"Room was dirty/ bedsheets and walls. The service could be improved as they were very annoyed that we were foreign (which is understandable as they have so much paperwork). Couldn't find our booking so wasted an hour just trying to check-in."

"Rooms are absolutely clean; nice friendly staff. Easy check in. Quiet location, so one gets a good sleep. Location is good too, in a residential type area. Highly recommended. HOWEVER, the owners have spent a lot of money in good quality bathroom fittings, but the installation is very poorly. Water heater fitted just over the towel rail!! Bath fittings come OFF when you handle it! Electrical outlets useless. TV did not work because of some problem. They said they will fix it, but I dont know if the comments has reached the owners."
