"Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels. Balcony was a. Ice touch but was unfurnished which was odd and the in room tea/coffee options werent great either. ..."

"This was the weirdest place I have ever stayed. It was very quiet even though there were kids toys all over, so there were lots of kids, but still quiet. Breakfast was ok. Halls are very dark and only light up after you walk a bit down the hall. Odd Nintendo game feel. Best priced place."

"The hotel is very nice in a great location with excellent facilities. However one night they had a large corporate group which meant the hotel restaurant was not available for residents which was disappointing. The spa facilities are great as is the ability to book bikes from the hotel for a cycle ..."
