Do not like giving bad reviews. This was a horrible bed. We stayed in 214 and the springs in the bed come through. Then we get an email stating an item of clothing was found in OUR room. Country Inn & Suites, Coeur D'Alene
The staff was okay, but company failed to say the pool and spa was closed and there would be noise all afternoon due to remodeling. We went to relax.

The staff were the friendliest people ever. It said pet friendly on the website but there was no cost listed. The fee was a little higher than we were expecting. Overall the place was brand new and set up nicely.

One Lakeside
Room was pretty but the bed was rock hard. And completely uncomfortable. And couldnt use the hot tub or pool because it was raining and its a roof top pool which makes no sense. And had to pay out of pocket an extra 30$ just to be able to use those amenities which we didnt even use oh and 15$ a night ...
