"The room was clean and they gratefully changed our room to the first floor as my husband had twisted his knee and hauling everything up and down the stairs was not ideal.
The spa was empty. Breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit bars, dried apple chips, oatmeal, yogurt and single packaged donuts. We brought our own food thankfully.
There is a fabulous, large veterans memorial monuments garden. We appreciated it and took our time to walk through it.
Some folks were fishing in the river beside the hotel.
They had a candle burning in the lobby that was extremely strong. I mention that in case someone may be sensitive to such. I could smell it outside. We ended up blocking the door frame with pillows and towels to try to deter some of the strong scent.
The bed was a little too hard but it was s nice, clean room with easy access."
