This property was perfect for what we needed it was easy access to the beach. We loved the astronaut theme. It had simply a beautiful Please, the beach was about two blocks away and was easy To get there and get back, I loved that they offered a wagon and some beach accessories. It did have a hot tub and a pool. We did not use the hot tub at all, but it was nice that it was available if we wanted or needed. We loved the local food in the area

My family of 9 booked this house for family vacation. We viewed the photos and agreed this house would meet our needs. When we arrived, we were initially a little disappointed. The house is very nice from the outside but when we first entered the house, there was an overwhelming “old house” smell. The photos online are an accurate representation of the home, but this is an older house with lots of creaking floorboards and mold in several areas of the house. The main issue we had which was not disclosed in the listing was the layout of the home. All 4 single bed bedrooms are upstairs with the only bedroom downstairs being the rooms with the bunk beds. We were aware of the stairs, but assumed at least one full bedroom would be downstairs. There is also no shower downstairs. There is one shower upstairs in one of the rooms with a king bed. The other shower is also upstairs, so it is shared between everyone else staying there. The beach toys in the shed needed a good clean out. There was a wagon, but it was full of bugs. We took one of the umbrellas to the beach and found out it was broken, only after we tried to set it up there. The pool table was warped from being outside, and the net for the ping pong table was broken. The house did have a lot of amenities to offer, but they were not in the condition we expected. Ultimately the house was clean and met our basic needs, but if we had known some of these details we would have booked something else.
