"The resort is building a new event center (metal construction), new pool bathrooms as well as remodeling rooms. All the constructions make it very unpleasant to stay around the pool and also the beach. The rooms that are not remodeled are very dated and overpriced! Due to the algae in the water it is not pleasant to swim in the water. The staff were friendly but not very competent! Avoid this resort if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation but even without the construction, we would not go back to this resort. "

When I requested to have my room changed they said it would be an additional charge for an upgrade, although that is originally what I paid for was the ocean view room. "
