Recepción:deseamos feliciten a Sra. Hortensia por si gran profesionalidad y atención, tanto a la llegada como en la estancia. En el restaurante muy amables los camareros, el Sr. Carlos, de trato, no está a la misma altura que el resto del personal.

Reserve cama grande y me dieron dos camas. Insisti en recepcion y la señora que me atendia me dijo no tenian mas. Tuvo que salir su compañera a darme lo solicitado. La habitacion que me dan esta a 40 grados. Sin aire acondicionado pero con la posibilidad de airearlar abriendo ventana. Ademas hay una señora mayor, rubia, que esta en receocion…que no te da ni los buenos dias. De hecho la entregue la llave y ni me dirigio la palabra. Trato lamentable

Es un establecimiento para uso como base de partida, para conocer la zona, desde allí todos los movimientos deben de ser en coche, sin posibilidad de pasear, con tranquilidad, pues esta rodeado de carreteras.

Hotel Perfecto

Estuvimos alojados una noche en este fantástico hotel y la verdad que ha sido todo un acierto. Personal atento y amable, limpieza excelente y ubicación perfecta. La habitación era enorme y con todo tipo de comodidades (inclusive agua en la nevera). Aparcamiento sin problema en las mismas instalaciones. Muy recomendable.

La habitación triple es muy amplia. Una de las ventanas , la abuhardillada no tenía persianilla completa y te entraba la luz. En nuestro caso no nos importó porque madrugamos. Teníamos dos botellas de agua en la nevera, cosa que es de agradecer. Muy buena la ubicación a sólo 2 km de Puebla de Sanabria. Buena opción para alojarte.

Positives: Easy to find. Car acessible and w/ free parking (no booking needed). Dogs are ok. Faultless cleaning. Very close to Puebla de Sanabria, to the lake and to the highway (car is essential though). Small fridge. Free bottles of water (when you got them). All rooms have balconies. The staff were all nice. Easy check in. Negatives: Could hear people snoring next door (consider bringing earplugs). Most uncomfortable beds EVER. Paper-thin pillow (ask for another when you check in). Very slow internet. Got no receipt when I ate at the restaurant. No A/C so the room got really hot. Most guest were workmen so walking in/out was a tad weird and never used the café due to that. Final verdict: I'd recommend for a couple of nights tops if you have a car. I stayed for a week and that was too much.

Buena impresión en general. La habitación era bastante amplia y muy limpia. El desayuno continental muy bueno. También comimos allí el menú y estaba muy bien, tanto en calidad como en precio. Muy recomendable.

No tiene la categoria de 3 estrellas, 2 seria lo correcto. Habitación,armario muy pequeños. El secador de pelo hay que pedirlo en recepción. No reponen el gel, y las botellas de agua (que dicen que ponen gratis) solo ns pusieron 1 el segundo dia. En recepción correctas pero secas. No volveremos.

Ni pena ni gloria

El hotel es bastante nuevo y cabía esperar algo más de él, la tranquilidad del ambiente invita al descanso, sin embargo los colchones son mas bien duros, se oye todo a través de las paredes y debajo de las camas estaba bastante sucio.
