Hospitality from Mariano was top notch and he helped us booked a sunset horseback ride on the beach which was a highlight of the trip. Unique property up in the jungle of Mal Pais, so you will be best suited with 4wd car if you plan on driving. A sense of privacy and luxury while still surrounded by the outdoors. "

"This is a gem in Santa Teresa. The staff are all superb my kids loved the surf instructor (Diego is amazing) and I loved the morning yoga instructor (Daniella is superb) a great way to start your day and spend the whole day with attentive and professional staff. You will never regret staying here and the kids are already asking me if we can come back again next year. A brand new hotel who already have got it all together the small guest amenities (watermelon water throughout the property) and chic design work together with direct beach front property. It was hard to leave but we will definitely be back. Pura Vida, Team Fermata!"

"The room was spotless. The staff were very kind and interested in making our experience the best it could be. The breakfast was delicious and we could see monkeys in the trees while having our morning coffee. The view from the room was a bit obscured but we were so close to the beach it didn't matter. Great to have deals at local restaurants as well. We had a great stay!"
