Just needed to rest for a few hours after being on the road for 14 hours. This place exceeded my expectations. Rooms were nice. 24 hour pool/ jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. Everything was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

parklike setting. Room nicely furnished. Cool tho, and the heater was loud and either on or off, not thermostatically controlled. Business centre printer not working. Good breakfast, good coffee.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and very quiet...I didn't hear a peep from any nearby rooms. The breakfast was very good as well. This isn't too big of a deal, but there was one negative thing that happened. I had told the front desk that it was fine if housekeeping didn't clean the room while I was there, so I just kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door the whole time I was there. But on the day I was checking out, the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 AM and said, "You are checking out today, aren't you?" I didn't like this at all. First of all, "Do Not Disturb" means just that...there was no reason to knock on my door when the sign was there. It's a good thing I was not asleep. And secondly, check out time is clearly stated as 11 AM. I shouldn't feel guilty that I was still in the room at 9:30 AM. I had a late flight and had every right to stay in the room until 11 if I so chose to. The housekeeping should be reminded to not do this to guests in the future.

We loved this place! Friendly, clean, affordable Pool and hot tub open 24 hours Free breakfast Easy 60 minute drive from Salt Lake City Easy 30 minute drive to Park City Gas station and little store next door Not many restaurants in the little town of Coleville, we found pizza and Subway, so be prepared for that

We stayed here during Sundance. While it's out of town and away from the festival action -- which we liked very much -- it's a third of the cost of the cheapest Park City accommodation. Save your money for PC dining (you'll need it) and stay at this super comfortable and convenient property.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed is the state of the equipment in the fitness center. The treadmill will not balanced and the exercise bike seat was hazardous. I was adjusting the seat to my preference and the seat fell hard on my thumb. The staff was excellent in helping me get a bandaid, antibiotic ointment and ice.
