"This hotel was far below hygienic standards for a hotel I would have probably gotten an infection if I swam in the hot tub as I did see a scab floating around the property was not maintained well at all everywhere you looked needed to have repairs. Please beware before booking."

"When we tried to check in because we opted to pay at the proporty they gave one of our rooms away. First was told because we opted to pay at property they didnt have to keep our room. Then was told they did not honor a third party( Expedia) The person at the front desk who's name was Dora is the one that gave us this information. First she said she was the manager and said she would not help us, also asked her if she owned the property and she said no.I told her we needed that extra room and she said she would not accommodate us. (I believe that they gave our room away because they made more money off of it )then she said my husband and I disrespected her and was canceling all the rooms and called the police. When the police came and we explained what was going on they told Dora that what she was doing was wrong. She also told them not only was she the manager but she owned the hotel, so she lied to us earlier. We ended up staying only because everything was booked. Property was under construction and a mess with junk piled outside in the parking lot everywhere. The beginning of our trip was a nightmare and rooms were okay and may have potential when everything is finished but Dora is a problem and her customer service is aweful."

"The check in was chaotic and the check-in person wasn’t friendly or welcoming. She was blunt and to the point. There was no one to greet us or welcome us into the hotel or guide us or ask us if we needed anything. I had to keep asking questions. I had to ask a staff twice if they would bring cups to the room because they didn’t place any in there. There was no microwave in the room. The bathroom door does not have a lock. The a/c made noises all night long and it wasn’t that cool even when I turned the temperature down to 68 degrees. The indoor pool and hot tub needed to be inspected so we couldn’t get in and use that. We did use the ones outside and they were in good condition. I liked the areas for socializing and fire pits. I also liked there were bibles in the drawer because I didn’t bring mine with me. What I would recommend is that the customer service people be more friendly and welcoming. "

"Room was clean. AC ran all night, did not put out cold air after being out in the heat all day that was no good. Check out was at noon, housekeeping was kicking on the door at 10:00 as if we were being rushed out. Stayed in a while longer and housekeeping just kept making racket. Ended up checking out @ 11:15am. Won’t stay at this hotel again."
