"We had a lovely relaxing weekend break. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Chris and Tracey were very warm and welcoming. The cake was a nice surprise. We took our dog, and he really enjoyed himself. The rooms are all large so plenty of room for him to lie down, and we had the use of a field to walk him in. "

"The wifi is not great. So if you are planning to have some office work, I recommend take 5G device with you. Vodafone 4G worked for us but if you sit near the window. The cottage is nice and as advertised. However, 2 things don't do in its favor: 1) The cottage is surrounded by amazing view but the cottage itself has no view ( the windows open to the street and house opposite). "My room was absolutely lovely. A very cosy single with a comfy bed, great radio and TV, tea and coffee facilities and a brilliant shower and bathroom. It was all fantastically clean and I was very impressed. Also all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Finally, although I don't eat much at breakfast, the scrambled eggs and tomato was delicious. I wish I could have gone of the Welsh breakfast! "

"Room was clean, we stayed in the lodge, so could park the car directly outside our room. Very dog friendly hotel, bar has a good selection of beers and wines,food was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. "
