"Very friendly and helpful staff. Floors a bit musty - We got a room on the 24th floor and asked for a change because it was very musty and a bit suffocating. Without any issue we we got another room on the 18th floor which was better. This may be has to do with airflow and the carpet as when in the lobby area which is open and has tiles there is no musty odour and dampness. "

Check out the indigenous Guna’s textile art at the Mola Museum around the block and support indigenous artisans selling authentic molas along the Paseo las Bovedas. "

"when we arrived the check in was not ideal. The room we initially received was not clean and the windows were very dirty. The reception was with a staff named jesus and was very bad, After we complained they changed our room and the second room was ok. "

"Excellent accommodations like a mini Apt. with a full size kitchen, island seating for 5-6, 2 Full size Queen/ King Size rooms with bathroom on- suites! A beautiful court yard with couches for outside lounging. 10 Stars!!"

"Everything was excellent with top notch accommodations. A 5 Star Hotel with a boutique Perisian feel and a wonderful view of the famous Sofitel Casco Viejo Legend Hotel!! The only complaint was the TV in the main living room area didn't have any sound! HOT Water & AC were wonderful! We had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room with complimentary drinks at the bar!!"
