"Every thing was okay, the both times I stayed at this location!!. The only thing I was charged $50 each time for a security deposit, and the funds were never returned on my card!!"

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also noticed that a staff member was washing the wall behind the garbage can in the dining area which was a nice surprise. The free breakfast wasn't great (eggs, bacon, toast, etc.), but that's the usual free hotel food items, and it's free. I found that everyone I met in the town of Van Wert were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"Country Inn & Suites is usually our “go to” when traveling. This particular location is currently under remodeling….and it is very much needed. Thankfully we were not looking forward to using the pool because it is currently empty and they are using the area to store building supplies. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was in definite need of a remodel and a deep cleaning. Bed was way too firm for me and woke up with a backache. Found someone’s dirty (assumed) sock on the floor of the closet. The breakfast was advertised as a “buffet”. It was no buffet. It was a continental breakfast with a few hot items….most of which were empty at 9:30 and the breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30. If it weren’t for the fact that they are about to remodel, I would not stay here again. After the remodel….maybe."

"I was very impressed with this hotel, especially considering the low price we paid. There was a nearly full kitchen - a full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen sink, dishes, a d a cook top is available. The room was plenty large enough for our family of six. Breakfast had a great selection and included some healthy foods as well. Staff was wonderful! So friendly. My only criticism was that the sink and soap were so high our kids couldn't reach them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
