"Staff was lovely polite and efficient We ate in the bar and we both thoroughly enjoyed our food I had the club sandwich meal and husband had steak both was delicious. Big portions as well We had an early flight so did not have breakfast"

"Staff very professional and friendly, breakfast very good. Surfaces in the room very clean. Duvet very light and room quite cool even with heating dialled to highest setting. Very unpleasant smell in the room. "

"The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. The remote didn’t have a back and couldn’t change channels. Honestly after a long day this was just awful to come to . The Manager tried calling me but was on a tour, I tried calling back but never heard back. Would not recommend this hotel. And avoid the one elevator and walk the extra few hundred feet to the rooms. It felt unsafe.."
