"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like people had been staying there for years. Truly a terrible stay. When we checked out early the woman accused us of stealing a $3 rag!! Are you kidding me I have nothing good to say about this place and would’ve gotten a refund had I known I was able to. Flat out worst hotel experience ever!"
