"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"Meine Tochter und ich waren 3 Nächte zu Gast im Hotel. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen - ein sehr nettes Personal, sowohl an Rezeption, wie auch beim Frühstück. Das Zimmer - Comfort Doppelzimmer- war groß, sauber und abseits der Straße. Trotz das das Hotel in der Altstadt und unweit von mehreren Restaurants liegt, hatten wir ruhige Nächte. Ein Minuspunkt waren an der Decke direkt über dem Bett und an der Decke im Bad die Spinnweben /Dreckfäden. Das Frühstück war reichlich und für jeden was...
