This is the worst place I have ever stay. I only stayed one night since it was too late to find another place, and the bed linen was burnt with cigarettes and they could not give me another one. The mold in the bathroom did not allow me to even shower, and the smell in the room was awful. Avoid at all!

I never checked in, your site booked me into the Wrong Super 8 I am in KENT OH! I researched KENT KENT and for reasons I don't know Your site picked Cleveland. I checked into in the Correct Super 8 in Kent. Do not try to double bill me. I wasted over 3 hours trying to contact you people, suport does not exist! I have contacted my Cards and informed them, not to honor that double billing. Why does site LIE about support.

Someone checked into my room and used the bed. When i went to complain about it the guy said it was fine because he didnt stay the night in there. I was appalled. I am going on 2 weeks of not receiving my refund. After he refused to give me a different room I checked out. I wouldnt bring my children to a place like that again.

Lobby kinda smelled like a public bathroom when we came in, room reeked like cigarettes. Smoke stains on the walls, burn holes in the blankets, lightbulbs that hadnt been changed in a while flickering and fire alarms chirping all night. The staff was really kind and helpful, but overall the stay was kinda grimy.

Random banging on the walls like someone was hammering at weird times late at night/early morning. Also the bathroom fan was broken. Otherwise everything was alright. The parking lot is a disaster. Some sketchy people seem to hang around the area as well.

I the building has condemned signs on it it’s a crack house / halfway hous I was attacked by a dog in the hallway Shower was taped and sprayed everywhere I stepped through the floor and I have bed buds now AND THE DOORS DONT FULLY CLOSE SOO UN SAFE couldn’t finish my stay

This is a cheap hotel, but from the time we entered the "lobby" it felt dirty, and the staff met us promptly but were not particularly customer friendly. Elevator and halls were also dirty with a few bags of trash int the hall awaiting pick up? Room was no better. While beds seemed clean, the floor had dirt clumps in the corners, the bathroom had thick dirt in the corner of the floor and baseboard. A lamp fixture in the room was literally falling off the wall, and the smoke detector was not plugged in, so clearly would not work. Hotel did reimburse our second night when we moved to an acceptable hotel across the street. Worst hotel ever...

Property is very old and damaged. I don’t mind old, don’t expect at Super 8. Shower curtain ripped. Sink bowl large brown crack. Drapes filthy. It was “clean” to the naked eye except the elevator had trash and dirt in corner. I wouldn’t stay here again only selected because eclipse had rates incredibly high. Was not worth the $178.

The security lock was taped onto the door. The lower lock was installed incorrectly, and wasn’t flush with the rest of the door, so the lock didn’t latch. I could hear someone above me, which is strange for a hotel. People had to slam their doors shut to get it to close, and it echoed through the hall. It smelled awful in the place.
