"I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Hotel Cleveland! All staff members I encountered were incredibly kind and attentive - it felt like they genuinely cared about my stay. The hotel is gorgeous - loads of historic charm with modern amenities. Our room was very spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable - the decor was very cool. The location is perfect and central to everything. I definitely won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Cleveland!"

"The clerk who checked me in was not at all friendly. She was cold and curt in her responses to my questions. My family appreciated the breakfast buffet but were disappointed there were no pancakes, waffles or breakfast meat offered. The worst part of our stay was the very late night noise in the halls. It sounded like children talking and running. We had difficulty sleeping. Another problem is not having an easy way to turn left from the parking lot. The road is very busy and we ended up having to make a right then a u turn in order to get back on the highway."
