"There was leftover trash underneath our bed such as a liquor bottle (Jack Daniels) that I threw away and no staff present for at least 15 mins late night when trying to use the gift shop/snack shop. Many other individuals were also waiting to be taken care of when I walked away. "
"We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon."
"Stayed for two nights. Overall a good option when staying in downtown Cleveland. Close to most things downtown Cleveland. People at the front desk, while knowledgeable, can be a little more people friendly. The room was good overall. Would stay again."
