Walked into the room- smelled like a wet dog. Night stands not cleaned with small plastic wrappers left on the top. Bathroom floor not cleaner with hair left everywhere.

Property was very clean, newer in good condition.The check-in people were not very helpful in answering basic questions such as gas locations and food choices . Breakfast was good.

We were there for a 3 day volleyball tournament in Cleveland. Everything was close and within a 10-15 minute drive. Lots of options for shopping and dining in the area. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Time frame for breakfast was perfect for us. Laundry and fitness room were together in the same area also. This was very convenient and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. We definitely got our money’s worth. Great place.

I was disappointed that the room I expected wasn’t a suite. I was told they are reserved for families who homes were destroyed by a fire. Although no families were not misplaced by that tragedy my expected room “ was not a obtion”

The room that you booked with us was a standard studio suite and that is the room that you were in. If you were looking for the one-bedroom suite they were sold out when you were with us. Thank you.

At check in we were told there was only one room booked after I booked two in hotels.com. They wouldn’t help me at the hotel said I needed to contact hotels.com. Then there was a $150 incidental fee so $370 for one room was charged. That high fee is absurd but caused my mom to have to sleep on the pullout couch in my room opposed to her having her own bed like she was suppose to.

Don’t stay here
Desk staff not visible or available, I had to use the lobby phone to call the desk phone so I could check in. We had to go to the desk for towels and toilet paper for a 2 day stay. Was informed that maid service was not available daily for multi day stays only when one checks out. ? I could not adjust the heat lower in the room due to presets. Had to run the a/c to get the temperature down enough to sleep. Queen beds seemed to be the double size beds. Pillows smell like sweaty heads. Yuk. Won’t be back

I called earlier in the day to connect my reservation with my digital key. I took all my belongings up hours later, after check in time, to go to my room. After going up, my key was not working. I came back down and the desk worker advised me that she "just wanted to look in my eyes" and that is why she couldn't release my key. Then, she told me she had to re-check my ID/card. Luckily, I'm fairly local, but my husband had my driver's license from a wedding over the weekend. I needed to hurry and freshen up. My husband had to leave work early driving 40-minutes to bring me my drivers license, when it was her "General Manager's Policy", as it defeats Hilton's option to have access a virtual key and check in without going to the desk. Additionally, there was a large clump of hair on my bathroom floor.

Hilton allows a digital key for diamond and gold to go straight to the room. If you are a blue or silver, it will make you stop at the desk fist for verification. Smooth and easy checkin and out. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean. Requested extra towels and pillows. No extra pillows available unfortunately. Amenities in room were great for the weekend stay. Pool was nice and breakfast was one of the best complementary we’ve had at a hotel stay.

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of different trips and this was our least pleasant experience by far. It just feels like the cleanliness and amenities are going down-hill, while the price keeps going up. The bed was small (barely a Queen), creaky and uncomfortable. We had to ask for basics, like a bath mat, kleenex, toilet paper, and towels for 2 people. The room smelled musty and we found random hairs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. I didn't even want to walk on the floors in my socks -- and certainly not bare feet. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

CIGARETTES + CHEMCIAL AIR FRESHENER
The hotel itself is fine - it's what you'd expect for the brand and the price point. The problem was that a prior guest had smoked excessively in my room, and the hotel's response was to bathe the room in air freshener, so the room REEKED of cigarettes and a horrible chemical smell throughout my entire stay. The air was so thick with that rank smell, it was like hitting a wall when I opened the door, and the windows don't open, so I couldn't air it out. The staff would neither give me another room (they claimed they were fully booked) nor let me cancel the rest of my reservation, so I was stuck there for four days. It literally made me sick. I was blowing out black snot all week and everything I brought with me - including not just my clothes but also my luggage, my jacket, etc., reeks of cigarettes and air freshener and will have to be washed/dry cleaned. Here's my problem – you can’t get rid of smoke by pouring chemical fragrance over it; you actually have to get rid of the smoke. The room should have been aired out and the carpets, curtains, bedspread, pillows, etc., WASHED. They should never have rented that room until the problem was resolved, and certainly they should have let me out of my reservation if they couldn’t move me. It’s bad policy.

I did not like the $150USD put on my Canadian credit card for potential damages ( my husband and I are in our 70s) that won’t come off my card for 5 to 7 days. No option to give them cash for overnight, then check the room, and return the cash. Plus, the tv controller wouldn’t work. The poor gal on front desk couldn’t help ( took batteries out and then put them back in since she had no fresh ones). Access to highway was good.

Pool looks bigger in the pictures. Had to wait at front desk for toilet paper and towels that werent stocked in room- but staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was better than comparible hotels.

Front desk staff was rude during check in process. Bathroom was not very clean, there was a large crack through the shower base and when we attempted to shower there was water leaking through the shower light on the ceiling from a floor above. The front desk did nothing to resolve the issue and simply said “ok you’re all set” at checkout. Breakfast selection was good and staff working breakfast was very friendly.
