Overall, I had a great experience here. My room was spacious and mostly comfortable. I could do without the burn marks on the toilet seat. I did hear neighbors talking and smelled plenty of weed inside and outside of the property, but I suspect that's just life in 2024. Breakfasts consists of coffee, a bran bar and/or a muffin. Do not expect anything exciting for breakfast, but they had told me that up front.

The floor was sticky and they were not able to move us to another room because of their computer system. They also did not have any dishes or silverware - even though they advertise the room has a kitchenette with basic kitchen items provided. The clerk was responsive and refunded our money when we decided to leave and find another hotel room

The front desk clerk was nice and accommodating but I was scared to stay here! Booked and too late to cancel, so we stuck it out but the place is NOT a normal Ext Stay level of hospitality that should be on Expedia. Policeman in the lobby when we came back from our friends wedding!! Dirty floors, walls, doors, elevator broken. Terrible.

When I arrived at 3:30p I went to the front desk and the young lady there. She greeted me, but answered her cell phone and had me wait there until 5 minutes, when I said should I come back? She replied yes, mind you I had been flying all night. When I came back the check-in process was still horrible. The hotel reeked of smell of all kinds of smoke. There was trash in the hallways, and I would not recommend this hotel/motel to anyone!!! Stay away!!!

Was surprised how low lit the hallways were. The elevators was out of service. One curtain in my room was ripped in two pieces down the center which made getting it to stay shut a challenge. Was surprised that they take a picture of my drivers license and for the long list of agreements you had to sign for.

Elevator was down 3 days of are stay, had 2 handicap people, had to leave a day early because I couldn’t get a wheelchair to the 3rd floor. Staff was great, they need more help to be able to do there jobs properly.

Never again!!!
Where do I start? When you walk in the door you are hit with a strong odor. Which, worsens after you reach your floor. The rooms were not very clean and I did not want to use the refrigerator because it smelled. The beds were ok but not firm enough for my back. We requested a room closer to the elevator since I was on crutches and they placed us in the back hallway, which was probably one of the furthest rooms from the elevator. Even the gentleman cleaning the rooms was like "wait why would they put you so far away. " He then went to try to get us a closer room but there was none. They told us to try back the next day. However, there was still none the next day. My second night, the occupants in a the room above us was jumping, bumping, and running around at 2 and 3 in the morning and I had to call the front desk to have them check on them because i thought someone was being thrown around. The next day they said they were going to move us to another room and when I called around 9 they said it would be ready around 12. 12 o'clock came and went so I called and did not get an answer at the the front desk. I tried a half hour later and still no answer. I called there 800 number and I was transferred back to the empty front desk. My Mom went downstairs and found someone who had an attitude. At that time we requested a cancelation and changed hotels, this was around 230pm. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The room appeared to be a little bit run down but that was okay I didn't Mine too much it was a one night stay. It could definitely use a refresh When my grandson dropped money on the floor and it rolled under the bed. That's when we got grossed out There was a ton of dirt paper and other peoples underwear underwear under both beds. I told the clerk upon leaving that. That room definitely need to have the beds cleaned underneath She's just looked at me strange and said okay

It's not well kept at all. The atmosphere is more like an apartment building than a hotel/motel. Unclean!! lots of trash and debri in the room and under the bed(chip bags, juice containers, tissue crumbs,stains running down base of the toiliet. You can see filth upon entry. I understand people live there so maybe they should consider using it just for that and not rent rooms. The only reason I stayed the 1 night is because i caught a lyft with my family and had booked online. Our power was out, I thought because it was beachwood I had nothing to worry about. I had instacart deliver cleaning supplies so i could clean up some of the things myself.
