"The staff, from the front desk to the valet was amazing 👏👏👏 However, the room and the bathroom left a few things to be desired The shower was miserable ( second floor) The carpets were threadbare No way to control the temperatures in the room And the food was another story😓"

"While they are located in a nice spot in Downtown Cleveland, there were a few things that the property lacked, namely, parking. They don't have an on-site parking but they do have a valet parking that charges $50 per night in addition to paid street parking and a parking facility across the street. ..."

"Great place to stay if your are going to a game at Progressive Field. Literally across the street. Would have liked Heinz Ketchup but they served something local. The pool has a patio that is accessible to the outside. Breakfast buffet ok if included but not great if your ar paying."
