I have traveled quite a bit in Europe. This stay was a huge disappoinment from the moment I entered the building. It is not accessible. I would not recommend for travelers with mobility issues due to stairs at entrance. The spa/pool area stank like dirty gym socks. But the worst of all were the staff at reception. Very unfriendly and not welcoming. On my first day took a walk and returned to a new receptionist at the front desk. Not knowing that I was a guest, I asked to make a dinner reservation and was told that the kitchen was closed. I left for another restaurant. When I returned, people were eating in the restaurant and the receptionist was "surprised" when I went to the elevator to go to my room. I decided then and there not to spend another Euro at the hotel over a three day stay for business.
