"Overall a great place to stay. Breakfast is outstanding. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy were all fresh and hot. Waffles, bagels, toast, and cereal also available. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only thing that could be better was the water pressure of the shower was a little low. This could not be the hotel's issue but a waterline issue so not blaming La Quinta just noting. Will definitely stay here again when in town. "

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but needs some love in the form of general maintenance. The towels are real small, so an upgrade here would be good. The owners need to demonstrate that they have pride in the place and simply take care of it. I have stayed here many years. Not a lot of options in Pittsburg. Each year, when I visit, this hotel is a little bit more run down."

"Although they may have been clean, the sheets were old and had stains. The bathroom appwaredclean, but the ceiling had damage from previous leak appeared to be dry but also had black mold on the waterstain spot of the ceiling."

"This is one of the best B&B's I and my wife have stayed. The walk in shower is truly amazing and has a door that opens out into the private porch area and hot tub. The breakfast is really delightful and plentiful. The hosts are great people and they will leave you in peace if that is what you want. We chose to visit with them and had pleasant conversation. We highly staying here you want peace and tranquility. It is such a lovely gem in the woods! "

"The hotel is clean, but the building maintenance could be better. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the toilet had a very hard time flushing. We used a bottle of water each time we flushed to help it flush everything down. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during our two night stay. That was a bit surprising. Overall? I would stay again if I had to, but I would look for a better option."

"Conveniently located right off the main highway—can be a little tricky to navigate during peak times, but still manageable. Check-in was quick and easy, with friendly staff and a good-sized parking lot so parking isn’t a problem even with all of the trucks for the in-town workers in the back. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. TV selection was great as well as the hot water temperature and pressure. There are a couple of restaurants and a gas station nearby, and it’s just a short drive to everything else. I’d definitely recommend this spot over some of the bigger-name hotels nearby and would stay here again when I’m in the area."
