Do NOT Stay Here, Unless You're Desperate, Then Again Your Car Is Probably Cleaner ! Filthy Is An Absolute Understatement ! Sheets Were Stained. Blankets Had Footprints On Them. Walls Had Ick Dripped & Dried. Toilet Was Gross, Seat Not Secured. Showerhead Not Attached To The Wall. Hair Dryer Melted. No Iron. No Breakfast Offered. Pool Closed. Loud Noises Heard Through Paper Thin Walls. Sketchy. Cash Deposit Required & Only Given Back After They Go Check The Room. Stay Away. Far Far Away !

The bed was clean and the shower had great pressure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The walls were dirty, and the ironing board looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages. It felt like only the absolute basics were cleaned. Even the outside gave off more “flop house” vibes than “traveler-friendly stop.” It was cheap… and it showed.

We use this property because it is a convenient stop on our trip cross country, easy on and off the highway with food options nearby. However this trip the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, was in need of several repairs, and had bugs scurrying across the floor.

We went to a room that was occupied. Next room was missing towels, worn through sheets and toilet needed assistance to flush. Needless to say, we didn't stay. They had no other room to offer us.

The clerk was attentive when the first couple of rooms could not be accessed. There was a $50 deposit requested at check in. I did not see this while booking with expedia. This was non refundable while booking, so what if we didn't have the extra 50 to give????

The night front desk charged me a fee of $51.98. The next morning when I went to check out, the front desk agent said she was the manager and told me I was never charged, even though I had a receipt showing that I was. She said it was fine and explained that the amount reflected what I paid minus the third-party commission from the booking site. As I was leaving and getting into my car, I checked my credit card and saw that the $51.98 charge was listed in addition to the Expedia charge. I went back inside and told her, and she said she saw the charge and was fixing it and that she would speak to the staff.

I found cockroach dead in the bathroom and running across the bed. The security almost fell off the door jam. The bathroom doorknob nearly fell off in my hand. I will not stay there again. The mgr? Didn't seem to really care.....

The room had a 5 inch square hole in the bathroom wall. The paint and tile were peeling off. The walk-in shower had been modified to meet ADA standards, but at our arrival there were several towels laying on the floor as a barrier from the shower and the rest of the room. I believe it would not meet sanitary or building standards.

I was called from the hotel the evening before I checked in and told I didn’t have a room and asked to cancel my reservation. I refused and they magically found me a room 30 minutes later when I arrived, as I was checking in they were still calling other guests to try to cancel because they were now charging an extra $100 a night for the same room. Was not about being over booked they were just greedy. Will never stay here again
