"Hotel was overall very clean. Close to highway. Buffet breakfast was good."

"The rooms were clean and there were bathroom amenities. The free breakfast was very good. I was concerned that there was no water in the rooms for the coffee machine aside from getting a cup of water from the bathroom. I called down to the front desk inquiring about this as I thought for how much I paid for a room there should at least be water supplied for the coffee maker. The customer service rep from the front desk, apparently felt bad for me and brought me up a free plastic bottle of water. Kudos to him being thoughtful. It left me with a very good view of this hotel."

"Room was impeccable. The owner is very polite and helpful. Parking right next to room. We will definitely go back."

"Kind staff"

"Due to fluctuations in outside temperature, the hotel AC had not yet been activated. The room was uncomfortably hot (26C). I believe it is prudent for the hotel to notify customers in advance of this prior to locking in the reservation. Had I known, I would have made alternative reservations. I got a fan and an apology from the hotel either of which was satisfactory. Disappointed."

"Didn't eat there."

"We arrived later in the evening and when we pulled the sheets back, there was hair and a small bug. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room - we were told they were sold out, even though Expedia said they had availability. THEN we said fine can we just get another set of sheets - THEY SAID NO, they didn’t have any !!! We had not choice but to deal with the nastiness. We slept on top of sheets after killing the bug ourself. Our kids swim I. The pool, which the bottom was full of sand / dirt….weird as there’s no sand / beach in sight. Next morning, we noticed a half eaten - rotten - apple laying beside the desk. Upon check out we asked for the manager and requested a refund. Denied. We received a lip-service email after we left town saying they will “talk to their team” and can offer a discount on our next visit. LOL - there for sure won’t be a next visit. There are plenty of hotels in the area, I’d recommend going to any of them."

"Great well lit parking and nice desk staff. Bathroom floor has a build up of dirt in corners especially beside toilet. Carpets are worn dark grey prompting us to search for bed bugs but found none on the old mattresses. Blankets have cigarette burn holes. Bedding and towels seemed clean. "
