"Check in as easy. Front desk was super helpful. The room was decent and clean. A little out of date but nothing terrible. Rm 205 with 2 kings. 1 mattress was fantastic, 1 was garbage and all the support was gone."

Only issue i can say is the breakfast area and location. It was so small and tight. Not good flow with other people also tryiing to get food. Sitting area was small too if alot of people are there. Gettig the food was extremely small, no room to moce around."

"The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any questions or request. The restaurant is first rate. We could have lived here for a very long time. The hotel was centrally located to all our destinations and so accessible from the 401. "

"We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Manager on Duty Raj, switched our rooms. New room had no closet, no where to hang jackets/clothes, window was broken, glass had a crack from one end to the other. Floor was first and sticky, and bottle of shampoo was empty. Terrible all around. And the price was way too much for the condition of the property. Will never stay here again, and will never recommend to any of my clients."
